Simply the best
These are simply the best speaker stands you can get.
Solid German engineering, made almost entirely of metal for robustness. They are mostly aluminium for light weight, but not at all flimsy. They are rated for speakers up to 50kg, which is a lot. Yes, they are dearer than budget stands made in China, but worth every penny, especially at Thomann's very competitive pricing. It's a case of buy the right thing once, rather than something that you will have to replace. They will last forever, and you can get spare parts if you manage to break anything. They are used by many high-end sound companies because of their quality. There really is no alternative.
I've been a sound engineer for years, so hopefully I know what I'm talking about. But look at the other reviews and you'll see others share my opinion.

the dogs back end.
was recommended by a friend to get these, and im so glad I listened, have owned over 5 pairs of stands for the 7 years I have been entertaining professionally.
The reason why is the cheap stands never last and always falling apart after only a few uses.
I am a DJ and kids entertainer so these stands go up and down a minimal 8 times a weekend.
love how solid they feel, with a nice clean finish.
the locking pin really gives you confidence that they are not going to slip.
make sure to get a nice bag for them too, I have the K&M 21312 to complete the set.

Very good quality
Very good quality, as usual with KM products. If you really want your stuff to last, KM is the choice.

The BEST speaker stands, bar none
Simply the best product on the market for sitting your speaker cabs on. Really well built, tough black powder-coating and no silly retaining pin to lose. Twin brace on the legs helps stability and spring-loaded pin is a joy. Good height too. Safe with 10" or 12" cabs overhead (over 6ft.)
Thoroughly recommended. Don't skimp on cheapo nasty ones.

The Don! Ideal for all event, rental and production use!
We were looking for a range of Speaker stands to bring in to replace a lot of the cheaper chinese stands that we seem to eat through every 6 months!
Having used K&M products in the past we always thought they were just "expensive", but upon experience they;re just the Don!
Great finish, great build, great design and just brilliant as an all round speaker stand!

The best there is
I agree with the other reviewers - these are the best speaker stands available. Solid, strong, and stable, I don't have a bad thing to say about them. I've used other speaker stands that have plastic parts, and they've always broken or worn out. Not so with these where everything is metal. I now own six of them!
