Worth the effort
I am using three of these fingerpicks with a plastic thumbpick to play an acoustic steel string guitar.
Although I prefer the feel and control of using bare fingers on strings, there are times when I need brighter tone and more volume. These guys do the job.
Yes, they feel incredibly awkward at first and there are moments of frustration initially. But I found it well worth the effort. After a week or so of practice I was comfortable with them and they have definitely expanded my tonal options.
It may seem impossible to avoid the loud metallic attack and scratching sounds, but my technique naturally adapted to ameliorate these 'artifacts'.
It also helps to rotate them slightly so that the face is directly hitting the strings rather than the edge. Just be sure to wear them the right way round! Patience and experimentation are the key to success.
I can't see myself using any other fingerpicks now. They are easy to fit are comfortable for long periods of play, and will never wear out.

Excelent quality and durability
Bougth these picks with my first banjo, as a beginner I found them confortable to use and play. Slight shape adjustment to make them better fit your fingers may be necessary, but that's easy to do. I've had these picks for a couple of years now, they still keep shape and a shiny surface with no trace of oxidation.

It does what it's supposed to!
These have been my first and only picks so far! They get the job done! No surprises here, no complaints either ;-)

Good but scrapey
Good quality, highly adjustable with a pair of pliers. Will make an extra click or scrape metallic sound against metal strings, especially wound ones, which may or may not be desirable. Banjoists recommend you lick your finger before you put them on, and it seems to help with slippage.

Great quality at a great price
Thanks to a bundle deal from Thomann I was able to get a set of these and a glass slide at a very reasonable price. The picks felt a bit unnatural at first but after less than 15 minutes with them I barely notice they're there. There is still a bit of a learning curve I need to go through with these but so far I am very pleased.
