Best bang for your buck
I needed a midi controller to make life easier in my home studio and this fit the bill perfectly. It has everything one could possibly need to get started with music production.
I'm a bit limited in USB connections so the fact that I get a keyboard, pads and some knobs/faders in a single device is perfect for me. It's relatively cheap but it does not feel crappy, in fact I was actually surprised by the build quality for this price range. Outside of that it does everything I wanted and more.
Cons:
- I use Cubase and the integration is not 100% perfect but still pretty good.
- Keybed is a hybrid between synth and piano. I would prefer a more heavy, piano feel to it.
All in all I'm very pleased with the purchase.
