Cheap and flimsy, but it works after some retouching.
This instrument is exactly what you would expect to get, when you combine the price tag of 20 euros, and the gloriously infamous name Harley Benton.
I bought this just because of the colour, which is very, very nice, almost a little bit greenish, yellow. I intend to paint some stuff of my own on the instrument, and make it a decoration piece. However, not all is lost!
I decided to try and make it a decent instrument with a few, easy actions. First of all, I bought a set on Aquila New Nylgut strings. This alone, made a HUGE difference on the sound. The bog-standard factory "strings" which came with the instrument most likely is the very same product they put on the crappiest fishing poles you can find from supermarkets. Sonically dead, and horrible to touch. The instrument was brought to a whole new life, with investing 7 euros to the set of new strings.
Meanwhile I changed the fishnet to real strings, I also lowered the strings by filing about one millimetre away from the bottom of the saddle. This is often a problem in cheap instruments, and I don't know why. I was already expecting having to do this, before even seeing the instrument.
These two simple actions breathed a whole new life to this small, now happy, brightly coloured uke. It's like watching a flea-ridden rescue animal grow new, shiny fur. Except, less painful. The one star above is for the original "strings" and after the new set of strings, it easily raises to at least three stars, if not four.
If you are going to buy this, you HAVE to buy real strings, and throw those fishing lines to the bin!

Good for having fun but not for any serious playing
I mean what can you really expect at this price.
It produces a sound and is playable but if you're looking for serious instrument i would recommend spending more.
But on a positive note: the finish is really quite good and the color is nice and vibrant. Therefore it looks nice on a wall.
TLDR: nice decoration, but not for serious playing.
