Heavy and solid build, good locking knobs
I'm not a frequent flyer (or I don't use to bring with myself the guitar on business :D) yet I have sometimes to take the instrument with me travelling on trains. The standard cases are good, yet they're better to keep an instrument in safe condition from humidity etc, because you always take some hurts on the cage and they're not eternal.
PROs
This one seems eternal, a huge, heavy battletank, While it's e great choice for travelling, it's also good for keeping the instrument in safe condition when not using it or storing it. I used to keep the instrument in this case while I had to do some masonry works at home and dust during those kind of works enters everywhere. Not in this case, so I can guess it's perfectly sealed (good since in flight the temperatures maybe affecting items).
The handle is well made. The case weights a LOT, so the grip is made to reduce the stress on the hand.
CONs
The only negative side, is the weight. But I see it as a necessary thing.
So, the case is a really good one, both for protecting a valuable item from damages than for keeping an instrument in safe condition if you're not going to use it for sometime.

High value for the price!
I bought this to ship a telecaster oversees. Though it will be delivered by car, I wanted to make sure it is well protected.
It is not very heavy compared to what I have been expecting and definitely robust and will protect your instrument.
Pros,
- super affordable for a flight case you can trust (well, some loaders in airports are just monsters, some can destroy any case or baggage in my honest opinion. This wouldn't live up to them either.)
- flexible to use for many different designs with additional soft padding with some cloths
- lightweight for a flight case
- bumpy steel corner protectors are very important and nice additions!
- handle is very robust, well designed for the robustness, not for the look of it. I like how good and simple it is.
Cons,
- Better quality inner padding could be used
- One suggestion would be adding a middle support belt made out of aluminum. Though this would make it tad bit heavier.
- it is not a direct cons, but if you're looking to protect a specific guitar, you need to make your own additional padding (especially for the headstock) against the guitar moving around.
In short, if you have a guitar that will see lots of road and airport and you're looking for an affordable guardian, this wouldn't make you regret at this point.

Fantastic case
Rock solid with great latches that arent flimsy like most.
Ive tried a lot of hard cases and this is my favourite for looks and safety, a bit on the heavy side but an extra kg or two doesnt mean much. Could have more foam for smaller guitars as an extra but i bought my own for £2 on that auction site...
Very good price, a flight case this good and this well made is hard to pass up, and so i did not.
Dimension are 16cm in the thickest point which should be noted, its slightly longer by 4cm than normal cases (gator, ibanez prestige etc standard length) and 2/3 cm wider too. In all its a slightly bigger case but provides all the protection you need, especially on easy to damage and scratch corners.
Definitely would recommend over most other cases, looks perfect for black guitars (using with Washburn Parallaxe PXM20 matte black) price and quality very good.
Will buy again for future guitars for sure. Easily stackable, no worries with this solid case

Great guitars case!
Great case, a little heavy of course, but since I do weightlifting it's ok for me. Can be used as a table for changing strings and tuning the guitar in field conditions! Very reliable, will keep your tool from mechanical influences from the outside!

Good quality build!
Great robust case, packing foam inside is really plain and simple, but sturdy and does what it's supposed to do. Locking catches are great quality and sturdy. This case with take a massive beating before your instrument does!

Mega tough flight case.
This thing is built like a tank!! To be honest if you where to remove the foam inner you could probably get two guitars in here in gig bags, certainly Sg's or tele's. The edging to the case is all cut perfect and sits nicely under the heavy duty corner protectors. The handle and catches are of excellent quality and the main body of the case is nice and thick so no give when other cases are stacked on top. If you are a luthier or tech this would make a great workstation due to the room inside. The only down side is that you'll need to add some foam yourself to suit your specific instrument so it doesn't wag about in transit.

Great value semi-indestructible flight case.
I was going to be flying around with my guitar so was looking for a low cost solution to do this and I saw this great value product.
For the price its simply phenomenal. It's robustly built and extremely tough. Obviously susceptible to some cosmetic wear but its an extremely tough shell protecting whatever guitar is encased. The padding internally is a soft black foam which is sufficient in protecting the guitar. It is snug enough so that the guitar moves around and thus doesn't damage sensitive points like the headstock if the unit is turned upside down. I did fly with it (hold luggage) and had no problems at all. There are no compartments for accessories which is a minor annoyance. Also the strap is a weird coiled piece of metal encased in silicone or something like that, which isn't the most pleasurable grip. This again is a minor point.
The locking mechanisms are pretty strong though I haven't worked out whether there is a way to actually 'lock' the case as of yet.
Keeping in mind that this is the price of some gig bags, it's a pretty awesome buy if you need to transport guitars around. Something to be wary of however: they are quite heavy (adding quite a few kilos to the weight of the guitar) and bulky. I ended up with 3 of them and needed a lot of space to store them!

amazing flight case value
how can they do it for the money? well mae..in UK it'd be £200..i paid £50! fits my SG copy perfectly , but also fits a Les Paul...I may use it for my Gibson as its far stronger than the Gibson case!
NB although it doesn't say on the ad that it fits les pauls,it does!! ,it also fits strats.
its made of plywood, aluminium, and has really strong butterfly catches.. id happily drive a transit over it with my les paul custom inside, without worrying that it'd be damaged!!
is there any downsides? only that its bloody heavy, it weighs twice what my other guitar cases do, but its MEGA STRONG - what do you expect?
can thoroughly recommend it for taking guitars on the road or even just keeping at home.. only an idiot uses a gig bag to take a guitar out.. its too easy to damage a guitar or get a warped/twisted neck. the guitar. not the owner!
really god value, was delivered quickly, and great value.. this is why thomann is my fave music shop! my friends are amazed at how cheap it was for the quality and al want one now! I would buy another for any future guitar.. as long as you remember its heavy, its much stronger than the usual wood or fibre glass case, and no more expensive!

Solid and reliable.
Great case, very solid and snug fitting for the guitar. Plenty of foam makes sure the guitar is in place and dosent move. Very solid metal frame and can take quite a thrashing. Dont know why you would buy any other brand for flightcase. A+++
