So much more than Jimi in a box!
This great multi effects pedal from Keeley is all you need to get great Hendrix tone and then some.
It includes a fuzz similar in tone to the legendary Fuzz Face and modulation effects Rotary, Wah and Vibe.
These can be complemented with an Octave up or Octave down effect.
In addition to this you can use an expression pedal to control the Wah (turning it from an autowah into a fully controllable wah).
Inside the pedal there's a switch to reverse the order of the Fuzz and the Modulation. In some settings Fuzz first sounds best, sometimes it's the other way around.
It's a great pedal to experiment with and therefore also takes some time to get used to.
I suggest you take your time to get acquainted to all possibilities and keep experimenting. Great tones comes from this box and so much more than just Jimi Hendrix although it does Jimi extremely well.
Great options are also to be found in combining this pedal with another boost or drive pedal in front or after it.
I found it sounded awesome when stacked with a pedal like the Wampler Plexidrive or Catalinbread Dirty Little Secret so called amp-in-a-box pedals.
Hook it up with a genuine Marshall tube Amp and it'll give instant late sixties early seventies coolness!
All in all this is a real cool very well built excellent sounding pedal if you take your time to get to know all of its possibilities and experiment with the settings.
It might not be for everyone but I like it a lot and it sure looks awesome too!
